ResistAll Interior / Exterior Protection

Anyone feel this $1500.00 adder on a new rig is worth it?
What exterior surface types is it applied to? The brochure only says "paint".

There is an old 2014 post on this subject and most consider it a waist of money. Is this the same consensus today?

Save the $$ and get a can of spry scotchgard for the interior fabric.
