Rhino hose cracked in 7 months

My Rhino Hose cracked while dumping, it's only 7 months old so i'm looking for something that will last a bit longer. Anyone use something else that will last?

I had an old hose that was red but the fittings broke but it lasted 10 years, but I can't remember what brand it was.

Thanks

I am still using the first Rhino hose I bought over 6 years ago and I use it over 90 days a year camping.

Yeah, my luck I guess. Bought it last December because I needed a longer one so I got the 20' Rhinoflex. I know everyone loves it but I can hold a grudge haha.

Liked my old one better cause it fit in the bumper easily and was easier to take apart. The Rhino also gets stuck in the campground side of the sewer and I have to pry it out every time.

Right, that's my question, has anyone found one they like besides Rhinoflex?

I like the Camco Revolution. Can't really speak to its longevity as I've only owned the trailer (and the hose) since September 2013. But so far it is showing absolutely no wear. We've been out about 7 or 8 times and I store it in the bumper.

I thought about that but we are on the road and I have no idea where my receipt is, plus I already threw it in the dumpster lol.

Being that you're on the road, I think Wally World sells the Revolution. IIRC, ours does, and we have a TERRIBLE store.

Dumpster is the only place for a broken sewer hose, IMO I would BURN it out of spite, but I don't like the smell of burning plastic...

Thanks!! I'll hit one up! the local wally world only had 10' hoses anyway I want a 20' because our home pad requires 30' and I have a 10' in the bumper but it won't reach here.

Just ordered a Rhino Flex Extreme, found one on Amazon prime for a good price and will be here well before we leave.

Went by a local RV repair place and the lady suggested maybe the one I got from Walmart had been on the shelf for a while. They didn't have any in stock anyway. So I'll write it off as a lemon and move on. Consensus here is Rhino is best so you guys are always right.... Right??

Thanks all.

I'm still using the two that I bought 5 years ago and we're on the road about 6 mo a year.

That must have been a bad day!

on another note, not to steal this thread, but I found that the rhino hoses have a male and female connector but the external waste tank has a male connector the same as the waste connector on my trailer. Thus I really need a female to female hose, of which I did not have last time I tried to dump to the tank. I take it there is a connector that converts the male side of the rhino hose to another female? thanks

Yeah, that may have been it, we still have ours but had to replace the ends on them. We had 2 10' hoses but they weren't long enough for our home pad so I got the Rhino 20' and left one 10' at home and we are about 15' where we are now.

I like that hose a lot but anyway we should be good now when the new one gets here.
