How do you get the roller out to rewind the shade? Jayco 29 mv bathroom shade.

Unscrew the entire valance. Look up under and toward the back. There are usually two or three brackets that you can unscrew and lift the valance off.

How do you roll it up so it’s spring works. Right now it won’t retract.

If your blinds are MCD the instructions can be emailed to you from them or you might find it on their Web site. Unfortunately I do not have a scanner here to copy and send but there is a process you have to go through depending on the problem. I have a phone number of 800 804 1715 but to be honest I don’t know if that was MCD that sent me the info or if the number is Jayco.
