Hey guys
No I did not check date. I will in morning.
The roof scares me. The floor to me seems like the subfloor is not sitting on a floor joist correctly causing deflection and creekING when you walk on it.

As stated above, floor deflection is NOT normal. At most in mine I have seen less than 1/8" and only if I put all my weight on one foot in the center of an unsupported section of floor (I weigh over 200lb).

Check the outer wall carefully near that skylight as well and check the roof structure for any 'soft' areas.

If the dealer does not respond a second time in a positive manner, then call Jayco directly. If they do not respond positively then get the govt folks involved. This would qualify as a lemon if your state has those laws. Notify the BBB against the dealer. If the dealer knowingly sold a damaged trailer as new then they have committed fraud so the state AG office can also be contacted.

Document fully. Including pictures of floor deflection. Use a straightedge, ruler and measured weights to show deflection. Compare that deflection to other floor areas in trailer.

Again, sorry this has happened to you.

Hey VC
We ordered camper new. Took 13 weeks to come in.
As for the floor it definetely deflects 1/8 to 1/4 and creeks a lot around the bulkhead area between bulkhead and kitchen cabinet.
I will include a new roof pic. You can see lots of touch up caulk done.

On a brand new, ordered camper it seems odd that the dealer would have even looked at the roof, let alone caulked it, unless they already knew there was something wrong with it. Why would most dealers even bother to look at a roof on a brand new camper. My bet is either they found water inside or the roof got caught on something or both. I suspect the dealer knows more than they are telling you.
