I do. Turn on the fridge the day before we start packing so it's nice and cold when we are ready to start loading the fridge. I run my AC when it's hot and we are starting to pack the trailer to go out camping.
Otherwise, on hot days, I just have the kids go out and open everything up. Fridge doors are propped open. Then at night close everything up incase it rains.

Sure is nice being able to park beside my house with a 30 Amp plug outside right beside the trailer.

I use the dedicated 20 amp receptacle in my garage, it was for the water softener that we never put in, and it has never tripped and runs the a/c just fine.

I keep my trailer in the corner of my property about 75' away from the house and use it often as a man cave or a break from the kids place. It sits plugged in to 15A with a long 12ga extension cord to the house but obviously I can't run AC on that, and every time I cut the grass I have to move the cord.

I want to run a 30A post to that corner of the property but that is also the corner where the underground electrical line runs from the road to the house... Probably would have to call the township or something about that?

There is an 800 number you call ( before you dig )
they will come and detect where any underground utilities are located and paint on the ground where they are located.

Yes get the utility locater service to mark where your existing line is. Then when your dig the trench, hand dig that area like the other contractors do, or are supposed to do!
