Rust and corrosion!

So I was cleaning our fifth after the most recent trip, and even though this is the start of only the 3rd season, I found a few areas of concern:

Reese Revolution - chipping paint, rust. Sort of understandable, so brushed/sanded/repainted.

Outside kitchen stove - bolts, valve stems, and around misc. fittings. Wire brushed it - but is there any recommended solution to reduce it's spread on the internal parts? We've only used it twice, and the compartment doesn't appear to leak.

All baggage compartment thumb latches are pitted and bubbling, meaning the "chrome" plating will soon be flaking off. Are there stainless replacements for them, along with the locking versions?
