RV Antifreeze

It has just started to get above zero here in the last week although it is still going down below zero in the evening.

Question for everyone, is there any harm in not removing the anti-freeze from year to year? I am not 100% sure if we will be using the TT this summer. Is there any harm in leaving the anti freeze in the plumbing system? Does it breakdown?

Just wondering, I will in all likely hood dewinterize it just came in to my head and thought I would ask.

Cheers.

Depends on the brand of RV antifreeze one uses.., some have corrosion inhibitors and aren't designed for long-term use, thus the RV antifreeze should be flushed out of the system annually.

As I recall, RV anti-freeze has a shelf life of a couple years.

For long term storage I would use air pressure to flush the system in lieu of anti-freeze.

YES!!! A great deal of harm but not to the "TT". The harm is to you and the family for not having the time needed together away from the day to day. You won't get the time back EVER.
I can't add to Rustic Eagle's answer so I thought I would rag on you instead I hope you don't mind.
