My dealer was great, couldn't ask for better. And that praise goes mainly to the service department. The sale was easy. Bought it at the state fair for what I figured was a good price at the time.

I'm a happy camper.

ABC RV Anchorage, Alaska. Our dealer was outstanding. We walked in just after the Seattle playoff game and told him we had been looking at trailers for the past 7 months. We were just there to get ideas. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he opened a few different makes and models up let us walk through and look. No pressure. When we concluded looking we went inside and he wrote us up a quote price on brochures for the models we liked, and then bid us farewell. He let the TT's sell themselves. We went back 4 days later with the check for the amount he wrote on the pamphlet. Three days after that we were at their service yard and getting the PDI. It was very thorough, and even noted the LED light was out on the power jack at the hitch as well the cover was cracked in one place. They told us they will replace the entire power jack when we de winterize the rig. So far they have held true to their word. The price the salesmen penned included a brand new WD hitch with sway bar, two brand new deep cycle batteries and full propane tanks.

Picking this thing up in January in Alaska is the way to go for a great sale price. Cheaper than any dealer in the lower 48 could give me for the same model.

Traveland RV in Langley,BC.

salesman Lorin, I wanted to buy the first one we saw. He wanted to show us, and explain the pros/cons of others.

Ending up buying the first one - but now knew why. Our first TT.

RV City in Morinville Alberta (suburb of Edmonton). The salesman John did a good job and the service department was adequate. Service screwed up installing the 7 way plug in my pickup's box, but they fixed the problem with no argument. Price was best in Alberta.

I bought my RV on the internet from Camping World in Tucson AZ. I have a few issues that have needed some corrections which I expected with a new RV. The dealer has been great helping to get issues resolved. I would recommend them because of their service.

I must say I am pleasantly surprised about the results so far after all the reports we have heard about terrible dealer service. But it is still early in the poll.............

We bought our first TT(Starcraft) from COLERAIN RV in Cincy in 77 and are still buying there. They are still family owned and went from a very "quaint" facility to 4 large locations. 3 in Ohio and 1 in Indy. They care about the customer and have a staff that makes it happen.

I'll wait to judge our dealer (Richardson's RV-Riverside, CA) until after we take delivery of our new Jayco. So far, in dealing with the sales department, I'm not too impressed.

Camperland of Oklahoma, in Tulsa, could not have been a better experience. From the sales rep to the tech people doing walk thru to the hitch installer to the parts department to the sales manager, and now to the service department answering my numerous remaining questions, we've had nothing but courteous, hospitable treatment. For good measure, we even got a postcard last week inviting us to a customer appreciation event in April; while we won't be there for it, it's nice to know they're doing it, and even the lady on the phone when I called to give our regrets sounded genuinely disappointed that we wouldn't be there.

We purchased an eagle HT 5th wheel at the beginning of November. During inspection several minor issues were noted. We have been back to the Orlando dealer twice at their direction and funny enough each time they say "we will have to order parts". Here it's almost April and when we call they give us the run around. Considering driving hundreds of miles to another dealer, having the repairs done and then trading for a different manufacturer. Very disappointed but love the quality of Jayco..

We purchased from Ted's RV in Paynesville, MN. They were great to work with, they took care of some warranty work in the off season so we didn't lose any camping days. We will DEFINITELY purchase another camper from them.

Charlie Obaugh RV Center, Staunton, Va. This is our third unit we've bought from them. We've had good experiences dealing with them all 3 times. Fortunately we have had no warranty claims at any time. They went through our units with us and made sure we understood how everythng worked before we left.

Pharr RV in Lubbock Tx. Extremely happy with them since day one. I have had three close friends buy from them and all happy with the deals and the way the dealer has treated them. No service work needed for my RV yet but am certain the service department will live up to the dealership's fine reputation.

Camping World of Columbia SC. Absolutely horrible. Won't even fix items pointed out at PDI. Drive to another dealer to get satisfaction

Valley RV SuperCenter in Kent, WA. They are a Jayco-only dealer. It was just over 3 months from the first time we looked at the 195RB before we actually purchased. Excellent sales department and they were true to their "No-pressure" motto, especially compared to some of the other dealers we looked at before going back there.

Extremely happy with Voyager RV Center in Winfield, BC.
We got great deals on our Northern Lite Camper, and our Jayco 28BHBE.
Mal is very knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to close the deal.
Service dept has taken care of our few warranty issues during the off season. We are ready for the camping season and can't wait to get out there.

We were also disappointed here and ended up getting our new 31DS at all Valley RV in Action CA. Sales person Randy was a great help.

SO funny! Visited Pan Pacific in Morgan Hill where Ron gave us tours of their stock and prices. Back at home - decided to see what the Costco deal was and lo-and-behold, the local Costco broker was Pan Pacific! As the Costco Rep, Ron called us and we continued to work with him to make our purchase via the Costco terms. He was extremely knowledgeable and continues to promptly respond to our queries. On a scale of 10: Sales = 10 stars, Service = 8 stars (QC combined with intermittent punch list issues), overall friendliness and helpfulness = 10+ stars!
