There is a place down the street from my current storage that offers enclosed parking with free washes for $10/foot. The free washing may be worth it.
For that price I'd get a canopy built at home and up the resale of my house. (I did)

This is what I have as well.

My site is a pull-thru, no backing in required! Plus I'm maybe 15 minutes from home. So there is no problem going there and turning on the fridge the day before we head out and the DW can load it when we're ready to leave.

We pay $375 per year for a secured storage. When we pick it up to go it is washed and tire pressure checked.

It's hard to believe the range in prices, some of you have amazing deals.!

We seem to be prettying in the middle of the pack at $50,/month.

$150/mo would really sting.

Would love to, but no room. 5' from the side of my house to my fence. Plus, our CC&R's don't allow it. California is a weird place.

I'm paying $20 a month for a spot where they sell golf carts and small off road toys. Is outside but they have about 10 acres all surrounded with 8' chain link fence. Plus they are open six days a week for easy access and some security.

storage

$40 per month, outside, gravel, fenced, and uncovered 1/3 mile from our house. It would be $220 for inside. I'm starting to think that I need to find something inside to save my camper from the weather.

Paid $65/month for back-in, high security, but changed to $55/month pull through lower security. The pull through is a lifesaver as I can do it on my own rather than have the wife back there trying to guide me in some small spot.

Do the HOA and the city allow RV storage at homes?

Storage in Modesto, Ca is $50/month. We were able to secure a facility on Friday after calling at least 10 different facilities going out 15 miles. They ranged in price from $50-$90/month uncovered to $110/month covered.

I never appreciated how fortunate I am... I have a nice spot in the backyard. We are getting a carport installed today or tomorrow, big enough to have the slide open while loading. It'll be over $2000 installed, but we have every intention of living in this house for the next 12 years.

That will be about $14 a month for covered storage, owner on site, behind a fence with electricity.
