RVS Systems Rear view camera
I am having issues with the rear view camera on my 2016 Jayco Redhawk 26X1 motor home. Camera monitor on rear view mirror mount now displays a white screen only and won’t shut off or respond when pushing any of the control buttons. It also sounds a high pitched alarm that only shuts off when the engine is started and shift lever put in reverse. However the reverse camera still does not come on and the screen remains a white light.
I was told by the rvs systems rep, to do a hard reset on the multiplexer 2 box where all the wires from monitor and cameras come together. However they were not able to tell me where Jayco would mount the box. I have called Jayco 3 times and have received 3 different responses about where the box would be located. But still can’t find the multiplexer box!
Has anyone had to find the box? I need to disconnect this as it is running down the battery when not plugged in to charger! Help please! This is a RVS Rear Camera System #RVS-770619N
