Safety brake switch

Does anyone other than me have trouble with the “pull away safety brake cable/switch” working its way out while in route. This has happened to me twice. All the sudden, the trailer brakes are engaged. I attach the activation cable to the hitch and let it flop in the wind. It seems the wind action on the cable is working the pin out of the switch base. Any thoughts?

Shortly is it doing it when you are driving down the road? The only time I have had this happen is jacking trailer really hard like in a campground. I got a longer cable and try NOT to Jack trailer super hard anymore.........

Once after a hard sharp turn, once while on the road.
