Schwintek Slide Controller Question

I have a 2021 Eagle 28.5 fifth wheel with a schwintek kitchen slide and a schwintek bedroom slide. I've had just a couple of problems with the slides not going out or coming in all the way and I've had to run them in or out again to get them to realign. So that has made me a little nervous and I wanted to locate the controllers in case it became necessary to do an override or a recalibration. But, I can only find one of the controllers (think it is the bedroom slide). It is behind the panel, in the basement, that holds the auto leveler control and the battery cutoff switch. But for the life of me, I cannot find the other controller. I've looked everywhere except in the underbelly. Does anyone have any suggestions on where my missing controller might be hiding??

Possibly in basement between floor joists. Have to turn yourself upside down.
Bil has a new 2021 Eagle 321rsts has swinteck for his bedroom slide, rack and pinion for dinette and cable type for the big kitchen slide

That's good news to hear. It seems that the larger Schwintec slides were over loaded. Ours had only the bedroom slide and the other 2 were the old tried and true rack pinion.

Our 2017 has the swinteck on the kitchen slide. Had issues with it. Made a trip to factory. They reenforced the wall plates.
So far it works except when really cold it's acted up. Hoping it keeps up!

Both of the controllers on out 16 317rlok are above the battery cutoff switch between the floor joists.

Hi there! Did you ever happen to find your controller? We are trying to look for ours--3 slide outs, one is Schwintek (the one we are having issues with) and cannot locate any!

Thanks!
