Scotty Kilmer has millions of viewers which speaks for itself. He had many years of experience under his belt and is known for being truthful. He doesn't accept bribes or commercials for income. I'm sure when it comes to RV's he doesn't have that experience but cars/trucks is another question. I like Scotty because you don't find many that talk like he does.

I can safely say he likes Toyotas and their reliability from his car videos.

I guess my question is what was the point? Pick one trailer with some problems and shoddy work and go on a rant? Is he saying all Coachmen trailers are crap? All RVs? Only ones bought during Covid time? It would have been more helpful to warn buyers to do a thorough PDI and point out specific things to watch for. Big things, not a little sloppy caulk line.

Talking

Scotty has some good and some crazy content.
He is definitely worth listening to.
Many people find good results from some of his opinions and folks that just what the are….
Got to recognize he has a valid point here, Rv manufacturers are jerking us off with the quality that they put out these days, and if you don’t agree, you are entitled to “your” opinion, just open yours eyes.
Lots of “click bait” to get you to open his posts lately I have to say,
Guys it’s entertainment not an opinion you have to agree with.
Just like everything on the web.

Scotty's awesome in a "mad scientist sort of way". You have to take him with a grain of salt, well, maybe a tablespoon. He's a very knowledgeable mechanic who has made a lot of money from his You Tube videos. If you don't like him, don't click.

Scotty is a little intense, to say the least! But he’s usually spot on!

I keep asking myself “why the hell do we buy these things”? But then I think of all the great experiences we had seeing this country!

I enjoyed his video about driving over flying. "Do you really want to get stuck in the Detroit airport for a week?"

After reading all the "brouhaha" on this thread about Scotty Kilmer, I finally listened to the attachment from OP's post.

OMG!

I stopped listening to Scotty when he did his jump starting tutorial. He said you should never have both cars running at the same time because the "alternators of the two vehicles will work against each other and destroy your electronics". WTF are you talking about?!?
