I enjoy travelling to different places. Haven't found a campground I'd want to be at for an entire season...

After 17 years of traveling to campgrounds from Cape Cod to Orlando to Tennessee we decided to go seasonal in 1990. We had a site at a campground along a river and spent many years boating, waterskiing and tubing. Expecting our first grandchild in 2005 we wanted to be closer to home so our current campground is only a 20 minute drive away. We love it.

How do you find seasonal sites? As an example, where to look for them in Northern California?

Most private campgrounds offer seasonal sites. You can check their websites or make visits to campgrounds in the area you are interested in.

We have a seasonal site here in Hiawassee GA. We are in the process of taking down or site and will be taking the TT back to Florida this Saturday. Next year we will leave the TT here 24/7/365. We are looking at a small TT for our short trips (Keys in winter months, and summer short trips)

Same here. I'm bringing the trailer home for the winter this year.
Next year the trailer will stay 365.

We're wrapping up our second season at Shady Knoll GC in Brewster MA.
Brewster is a great little town that borders Orleans and Dennis. Close to Chatham, not far from Provincetown. We love it. Close to many beaches, it's quiet, tons of restaurants near by, etc..
It has all the amenities we like. Camper stays 365. I'm having them winterize it as well.
