Seat cushion issues

Any ideas on a 2015 Whitehawk 33-BHBS dining seat cushions that are falling apart? Minimal usage during the year. Stays in a covered storage and we use maybe 2-3 times a season.

Best you can do is replace them with a higher quality cushion!

Do a search for upholsterer in your area and take in a cushion and discuss solutions. I did this with my boat cushions and most recently with my Greyhawk cushions.

My wife sew quilts and such and made new covers for our old trailer from material and new foam rubber at Joanns fabric shop. Not terrible expensive and much better quality fabric and denser foam rubber. Better than original!

This seat covering is prone to develop this problem. The material is called "faux leather", "faux" is French and stands for fake. The material hardens up over years of use and get brittle. I would replace it with cloth and have an upholsterer do the job. When we purchased our 24 RKS White Hawk in 2016, we got it with cloth upholstering, it does not show any wear and tear so far. We are "snowbirds" and using the trailer 4 to 6 months while traveling to the southern sunny states. Regards, Benno
