Seeking a Source for awning bracket

Hey all, first time posting. over last weekend i managed to break the spring assembly in my awnings lower bracket that attaches to the trailer. I have a 2008 Jayco Jay Flight and the awning is made by Carefree of Colorado. i have spoken to one of the reps and they say I'm out of luck. The same goes during my searches online. Is their a source for an original, or a possible replacement which I imagine will require replacing both pieces..the trailer and the arm. Thanks a plenty!

When a part on my awning broke I had trouble finding the official part for it. I did some extensive searching on ebay while figuring out what words to search for. I finally found some parts. So, I suggest spending a long time on ebay.
