Seismic 4113 A2 Awning Help

All, Need some help. My side rear smaller awning quit working. I unplugged at the motor and used a jumper to a 12 volt battery and the motor will work in and out. Then test the positive and negative wire coming out of the rv where it ties to the motor wiring. When pressing ext and ret there is no readings on either polarity. Anyone ever have this problem or know how it’s wired. I checked all fuses and they are good and all other dc circuits are working

You’ve proved the motor works, and when you operate the switch you get no readings from the wires that attach to the motor. The next thing I’d do is pull the switch from the wall and check it and the wiring there…

It has the android tablet with the extend and retract buttons along the bottom. It works the slides and the two awnings. Both slides work fine and the main larger awning works. Same buttons work the the slides and awnings its just toggling between them. That’s where I’ll probably need the schematic as there is a a circuit board attached to the android tablet and it appears that’s how the command is sent. May just need to order the new circuit board and see if that fixes it. I was hoping to find a bud or relay that is in between there to check the wires to ensure something isn’t wrong with that specific wiring. Guess it’s time to call a repair service as Jayco will not send parts to a lay person/ shade tree mechanic as myself.
