SENECA Cap Clear Coat peeling

I need to get the clear coat redone on the cap of my 2010 Jayco Seneca 36MS. I went to a rv paint and body shop in Phoenix area and was quoted almost $4000. Has anyone had this problem and was able to get it fixed for less than $4000.
