Greenenvy is our resident RV hauler so he would know the answer to that question for certain, but I believe the answer is no they don't. I just travelled along I-90 and I-94 from BC to North Dakota and back and saw. Many RVs being hauled to dealers and never noticed any kind of a plastic covering like some cars have on them when they get transported.
Jayco does cover the front windows on park models and that's it.

Its not really practical to cover a large trailer down the road. Shrink wrapping and throwing away that much plastic would not be very eco-friendly. The Tyvek storage covers currently sold, would never hold up to the beating they would take going down the road at 60-70 MPH. Much easier to just wash the trailer when it gets to the dealer.

Nope, just toured the factory and watched units leaving. They just wash them when they get to the dealer. When we took delivery I could see marks on the frame from the w/d setup the transporter used.
