Shipping/glue residue on the sides

We have a Class C 27U. There is some of what appears to be glue residue on the sides. My guess it was from type of film put on there for shipping. It is very, very difficult to remove. I have been trying to remove it with isopropyl alcohol and not having much luck. If anybody knows of anything that will remove it and not damage the finish I would appreciate you sharing that info.

Unless they started something new they don't use any film. Dealer should have cleaned everything before you took delivery.

Where is it at? Joint line, smeared caulk,, that was not fully cleaned up?? Have a picture you can post.

Jayco does not apply any protective plastic layer to the outside for shipment.

When we looked at and bought our trailer last fall, there was also adhesive residue on the sides at the front of the trailer. The dealer said it was from some protective covering Jayco puts on the front of the trailer for shipping and yes, they did remove, clean it up before we took delivery.
