Shoe Storage

No one told me nor did I read it anyplace but apparently, the slot under some cabinets is supposed to be shoe storage. Maybe I'm wrong, but even my size 13's seem to fit. My issue, and it might be my particular layout and model year, I have a vent right there blowing my stank shoe funk back at me.

That's the built-in boot dryer!

Awesome! I didn't think about stowing our shoes there. My feet smell like roses but my 9 year old boy is going to have to keep his shoes elsewhere, maybe outside. I don't need the stank shoe funk. LOL *However, with the A/C running, that vent won't be blowing anyway (right?) and our camping shoe wear is flip flops.

We have something very similar in our 314BDS and that is what we were told.
While it may not have been designed for that specific reason, that is what most people are using it for.

Our shoe storage solution is 2 inexpensive, folding, vynil covered hassocks that also serve as foot rests or extra seating.
