Shout out to Camco

I couldn't locate my earlier post about the hitch ball attachment for the stabilizer bar tearing apart on the EAZ-Lift weight distribution system we have so I started a new one to give kudos to Camco/EAZ-Lift.
I called them today an a really nice lady answers. She says we don't ship direct but what are you lookin for. I told her the ball that hooks up our stabilizer to the camper ripped half off the plate. She replied oh no an asked how long have I owned it an I said just over 2 yrs. Wife I formed me afterwards it's been 3 but I digress. She said oh well those are warranted for 3 or 4 yrs. She says let me check in back an see if I have another one. I said I may need the screws to because they may not all come out in one piece an she replied ok. Ask me for my number said she'd go look an call me right back. Within 5 minutes she called me back. Said she had the plate and the screws an she'll get em all shipped today. I heard her say oh it won't fit in their then she said it may ship UPS I said that's ok. They're not that fat away I should get it before I head to huntin camp this Friday. She then gave me her name an a number and said I could reach her there if I needed anything else or wanted the tracking info.
I thought as much as the RV industry an the vendors involved get slammed for their service or lack there of it's only right to give kudos when things work out. At least the way they did for me today

Camco has been a stand-up company when I've needed them. They deserve your kudos.

By the way, I found your original post (with the pics) of the frame plate. It's post #8091, in the "What Did You Do To Your RV TODAY?" thread, in case folks would like to see them.

That's great to hear. I've had good luck with Camco accessories.
