Shout out to Jayco.

We just took our 32bhds in for our one year warranty and I must say we were very pleased with the outcome. We had a very minor blemish on the awning and they replaced it. Also the storage door where the outdoor kitchen is had some imperfections on it and they replace that too. Adjusted a few doors and other cosmetic stuff no questions. We were very happy.

BTW Bill Plemmons RV in Winston Salem handled this not the place we bought it which was much farther away.

Thanks Jayco!!

When we hear these stories of good/great service, we should try to save the dealer's name and location. Other folks could potentially benefit if they're in that area looking for service work to be done.

It's great that you got awesome customer service.

We bought our TT in Pennsylvania and live in NY. We got it for 5k cheaper then they wanted here. On our first trip with it the shower backed up. We took the TT to one local place and they refused to look at it since we didn't purchase the TT from them.

We brought it in somewhere else and it turns out the wiring for the tank sensors was cut so the tanks never registered properly. They fixed it under warrantee. They did have us call Jayco personally to inform them of the problem.

We also stored our unit at the second place and they found a staple on the roof had popped up upon inspection last month. It took about a month before they got everything worked out with Jayco and the warrantee. My brother mentioned that he heard Jayco was suspicious of this place for doing unnessesarrh work while under warrantee and that's what took so long to get ours fixed.

Like I say, Bill Plemmons RV in Winston Salem NC fixed ours. They thought Jayco might balk at replacing the rear cargo door but in the end it was replaced with a completely new door. It had some buckling in the corners and I was suspicious there was water getting in there.
