Show Time!

Just returned from the RVone / RVdirect show at the Wilton Mall is Saratoga Springs, NY. 80% of the show were Jayco's. Walked through at least 35 different TT's, A's, and C's as we helped our son as he prepares for his 1st RV purchase (they had a bunch of 5ers too, but we didn't walk through any of them). The good news is that we didn't find anything we liked better than the 2016 27DSRL we purchased back in August. I probably had the most fun interacting with other consumers. There's nothing like a RV show to open up the lines of conversation between total strangers. Of course, the bad news is that we're now chomping at the bit to get out and start camping for the 2016 season. Hurry up, May 1. Camping season can't get here soon enough.

80% Jaycos, that's nice. The shows here are the opposite. We are looking at going to the show in PA next weekend but want to see what Jayco trailers they will have first... Looks like the majority of the dealers that will be there don't carry Jayco.

The Syracuse show in March is usually pretty good as well.

Knowing you bought the RV that's "just right" is a great feeling. I'm there as well.

The PA show is in Harrisburg. Percentage-wise, I think the show in York PA from March 11-13 will have a lot more Jayco, since 2 Jayco dealers will be there with large exhibit space. I'm thinking about going, just to look around - probably more at the vendors than the dealers, having just bought a new TT last month.

We had the same experience as SparkDr.

We went to three shows this year and found nothing we like better than our 2016 Whitehawk 27DSLR.
