Silly question here

Looking through pictures online of our model and year I've notice slight differences in them
Ie. the outside kitchen configuration is different
Kitchen sink styles are different in shape
Control panels
Do they make changes midway through the year?
These don't seem like options to choose from and aren't listed on the options

They are always making changes mid run. Sometimes it works out for the better, sometimes it makes you wish you'd have waited a bit. A few times, we've ordered a rig and it showed up with options or features that weren't available at the time of order, so it had gotten put into production at some point in between order and production of the unit. Thank goodness we liked the changes.

This is very common in the RV world. Unlike cars, trailers/motor homes are built in batches so it's not uncommon for there to be small changes in between batches based on product supply or consumer feedback.

Sure. The fact that availability of components can vary, and they can't stop production for three weeks or two months waiting for the right sink, stove, oven, air conditioner, or shower base. So, changes are sometimes made. Add that to the fact that the marketing gurus are always wanting to make each and every unit unique and personal to enhance value and give the customer the feeling that their particular unit is one-off, and you have the perfect recipe for mid-run changes.
