Slide won’t extend, replaced the battery still no luck can’t find the place to manually crank, will move a little bit one side a little further than the other then both motors stop

“Motors”, maybe a Schwintech.
If it’s a thru-frame slide mech there’s one motor. It directly drives one side and a shaft from the motor to the opposite side that drives it. The bolts connecting the shaft (square) have been known to shear leaving the motor only trying to push one side.
More info about the slide type would help.

Definitely a Schwintech slide. There are several YouTube videos on how to disengage the 2 motors in order to push the slide in manually if you haven’t been successful in diagnosing the problem.
