We are having issues with pulling out / putting back in / the king size bed that this model comes with. It seems like the bed is really heavy and it is coming out of it's slider track. Is this a common issue or are we just 'doing it wrong"
For some reason, I’m feeling like you bought the RV used. It sounds like someone changed the mattress out to a much heavier memory foam mattress.
