So Close I Can Taste It!!!!!!

We're going to be taking both TT's out next weekend for the first trip of the year! I can't wait!

The 28DSBH was only bought in September and we only got one trip in her before winter. My brother took it out of storage about 2 weeks ago and it's been sitting in my driveway ever since. Little by little I've been working on things to get it ready.

Every nice day I've been opening all the cabinets, windows and doors trying to air it out. I've tested the heat, the electrical, the stove and fridges. I installed a gaming system under the TV. Also installed a wingman antennae. Yesterday it got a good washing and today all the jacks and joints got hit with some lube, even the slide gaskets.

Today was the biggest test of all, the water system. A few turns of a few knobs, a fill up of the FW tank and we went from pink to clear water in our faucets.

At this point, pretty much all there is to do is wait and then pack next week. I can't wait!

I totally understand, I picked up my 28DSBH about a month ago and our maiden voyage is this weekend. I am so ready!

Congrats - first trip of the season is always one of my favorites. We got our first one in a couple of weeks ago with a week long trip to camp on the gulf in FL. The only problem is that I can't wait to go again, and due to company it will be at least 3 weeks from now.
