So the door on my new camper won't latch...
The main door just *barely* latches, and it pops open when you're traveling down the road. Luckily, the hand rail folds over the door to keep it closed when you're on the highway (Only thought about that after stopping 4 times to shut the door)
The screen door latch doesn't even come close to reaching the catch when you want to just use the screen door by itself.
What it looks like to me, is the door opening was cut a little generous around the latch area, I need to shim the catches by 1/4" or more. Anyone seen this issue and have some creative fixes?
I'll attach some pics, but it's dark in my shop so they may not turn out.

If it's under warranty, get the dealer to fix it right.
You might be able to loosen the screws and move the screen door latch, But the main door is what it is.
My screen door would latch fine, But, the main door but It didn't latch very good.
I put is washers to move the latch out. Now, it latches great and don't pop open. I still lock the deadbolt when traveling though.

We had the same problem, one of many we found in our new Jayco Eagle, but we had to move the face plate enough for it to close. It was totally installed wrong from the manufacturer

It is under warranty, we just picked it up. I'm a little apprehensive about what they can do to fix it, and how long it would take.
I'll try the washer shim idea and see if it holds any better. The door was popping open with the door and dead bolt locked.

Both our current and previous trailer had door alignment issues. I had to shim one of them, the other adjust the strike plate. I didn't really want either trailer sitting in the shop for 6 weeks for a 10 minute fix.

Mine did / does the same thing - I just set the "dead bolt" lock and now it stays closed. I might try shimming the door plate.

I don't know if we have that problem because we always travel with the deadbolt engaged just in case.

I’ve had to adjust our striker every season. We also travel with the handle folded over the door just in case.

A friend of mine had the same problem with a new 26BH. The dealer adjusted the latch in 15 minutes and resolved the issue.
Your deadbolt won't line up either?

Had issues with my entry door at my PDI as well..., once the door was closed it was extremely difficult to gain entry and exit the TT. The dealer made a few attempts at fixing the issue but just made it worse and beyond repair. It was decided at the PDI that a new door/frame assembly was needed and that's what was done.
NOTE: The main door has a slight "outward" camber manufactured into it insuring that both the top and bottom of the door seal correctly....., a compromised entry door camber can effect proper latching.
Lippert entry door camber:

They line up, and the dead bolt catches slightly. Like, you can't pry the door open with your fingers.
The problem is, once the trailer flexes a bit going down the road it's enough to allow the door to pop open.
