So what type of grill are people using with the onboard quick connect propane line?
I had a Coleman Roadtrip grill that I modified for use with the RV grill line. However, the grill has taken a crap on me so I've been looking for a replacement. I'm wanting something a bit more portable and lighter. I just can't believe there aren't any decent grills that take advantage of the RV propane connector.

Last fall, I bought a "Master Forge" at Lowes for an end-of season price.
It's designed as a portable/tabletop unit. I had to buy a longer hose and get the correct fitting for the trailer from the dealer.
Works really nice.
Last time I was there, Camping World had plenty of low-pressure tabletop grills. But pricey!

We use a Weber Q200. Its our grill at home with the larger cart and it comes with us camping on a portable cart. Regulator is easy to pull off and we got some extra connection pieces at a local BBQ shop. So we plug it right into the camper and then at home we plug it into the regulator.

I have a Camp Chef single burner stove. I when to the local propane dealer to have a hose made for the quick connect.
There are lots of accessories and one of the accessories is a BBQ grill which I have. It is a nice set up because the burner has legs and shelf. I plan on buy the griddle for it in the future.

Coleman All the way
How do you walk away from the Coleman? I have had a Coleman XL for years and just bought a replacement one at the end of the season last year. I know it is big but with the accessories available, I love it's versatility. I have the stove top rings and the double wide griddle for mine. With all those parts available we almost never have to cook inside the Rig. When I am frying up bacon for 6, having that huge griddle surface outdoors is priceless!

This is what I have too - can't beat all stainless steel grill for $99!

We have had many grills and smokers over my lifetime and I have to say my favorite is and always will be a Weber. For the trailer we purchased a small q1200 and converted it to a quick connect. Our quick connect will either plug into the trailer or a regulator connected directly to a propane tank. One thing I love about the Weber is it's built really well and cooks just about anything I throw on it perfectly. Well worth the 200 bucks.

I got the Weber Q 2000 last fall on clearance at home depot for $125. I've since retrofitted it to fit the propane lines on the 377. It was very easy and works better than ever! No regrets!

Was thinking of going with the Weber Q series and rigging it up for the low pressure propane line. It's more easily stowable than the Coleman Roadtrip

We have a Weber too and love it. How did you go about converting it to a quick connect? Currently, we are bringing a small propane tank with us when we camp but would love to connect directly to our onboard propane.

All you really need to do is disconnect the pressure regulator that the small tank screws into. Just put the direct connect in its place and done.

Coleman Roadtrip, with a home- fabricated adaptor that eliminates the Coleman pressure regulator.

We're odd balls I guess. Prefer charcoal. We went with the old smokey and converted the grill mount to a water filter / regulator mount. Ditched the whole gas line underneath.

Another Weber Q, but I opted to use a separate 20# tank.

Just retired the Coleman RoadTrip (the blue model), and got a Weber Q220 on clearance a few weeks ago. Have only fired it up once for about 1/2hr at 500* to burn off the factory crap. Will be using it for the first time this w/e.
Have an adapter hose to run off a 20lb tank. Also have a tee to run the Camp Chef 2 burner stove at the same time.

Have a Q we converted to use trailer propane. Just bought another Q rather use it with a separate tank, more options as to where we can use it. Got a blue one this time Matches DW eyes.
