Solar controller warning.

Our new rig, a 2023 Jayco Eagle 332CBOK, decided to stop charging with the solar panels. After troubleshooting it I finally called Go Power tech support. They are absolutely awesome to work with! They had me check the connections up on the roof, all good. Next the connections between the panels and controller, the negative wire was so loose it would come out without effort. I tightened it and all is well.
We traveled around 8k miles this year and the rough roads must have loosened it. I'm checking them from time to time mow!

Nice catch, and thanks for posting about it. I'm still in the learning curve on RV'ing and posts like yours are helpful.

A local friend is fond of reminding me that "everything in the camper is experiencing an earthquake on wheels" as soon as the rig is moving along the road.

The intensity certainly varies depending on the RV proper and it's suspension, the road surface and other factors, but in principle he is spot on.
