Solar panal connections

Does the solar panal control panal need to be paired to the Jaycommand panal on our 2025 Jayfeather 29RL? It does not show power or any history on either of the panals. The trailer is brand new and not used yet. I ordered it with the upgraded solar panal system, and had the dealer install a second matched house battery as part of the deal. The batteries are showing 13.4 volts, and the unit is not plugged in to shore power. With the full charged house batteries, does the solar panals automaticaly disconnect from the 12v system to keep from over charging the batteries?

I don't know anything about the JayCommand system. But with built in solar panels and the solar controller, which is a standard for solar panel setups, there is a flood and float feature that kicks in when your batteries are charged. The Float feature just trickles your batteries and maintains your batterie's charge. I normally see the Flood feature in the first two hours of daylight in the morning, when my TT is sitting idle and not in use. The controller normally has a setting that allows you to set the Flood amount at the top end of the charging arrangement.
