Stabilizers

Has anyone put down the stabilizers an watched them back off on their own?
I've put down a front stabilizer an a rear stabilizer an watched it unscrew itself to the point its not stabilizing anything. I can either reset it an its fine or I have to finagle how much I am extending it.

Haven’t had them back off to that degree, but they do loosen up. I am not a fan of these “stabilizers” and quit often don’t use them. I find them quite inadequate. I would much rather have a set of electric or hydraulic stabilizers such as those used on toy haulers and m/H’s.

Thought I replied earlier.

Hate to say it, but you need to gum up the threads a little bit. Road grim works great. Honestly, you just need a bit more friction. Dirt, could be your friend in this case.

Trailer is over 2 yrs old with some mileage so they have what grime they can have. I set it back up after getting back last weekend an watched it unscrew itself again. Didn't do it at camp seems to mainly do it at home thankfully. Knock on wood hopefully it doesn't start either

Not sure gumming them up would be an answer. How much is too much or too little how do you find road grime?

Thank you! I saw those a long time ago before I had a problem. Then when it started I remembered them but couldn't remember the name
