Stepping up the interior.

The blank walls on the interior look so bland to me. They look like they need something extra to make them look better.
I was thinking of putting something on the bottom half of the wall to break it up. I was thinking of doing a wood floor like planking to give it something different, but quickly dismissed that idea because the vinyl floor already has the wood plank floor look. To me that would be too much. I wondered around Home Depot looking for ideas that I could use, but found nothing. What ever I use I want to be light. I don’t want to add any more weight then I have to, so as little as possible.

Has anyone else done this or at least thought about it? Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly suggested.

Wallpaper self stick border. Use it as a chair rail. Just besure you clean the wall good with alcohol.

I thought about something like that for the chair rail, but was also looking for something extra on the bottom half of the wall. Maybe I could use a different color wallpaper down there too. Thanks for your help.

Vinyl wall graphics can improve the looks, and weigh almost nothing and you can change should you want.

Check Etsy or Amazon, maybe even a local store.

Metal signs. They make hundreds of different designs. We have ones that are camping and outdoor oriented. When you walk in our side door you are greeted with "Welcome to our cabin".

Just came back from Camp today. I had forgotten about my brass doodads. I took a few pics. Hope it gives Y'all some ideas on how to make your camp a home away from home....
