Stinky sink

Why is there a bad smell coming from my bathroom sink when we turn the water on? but no smell when the water is not running. Smell will also go away if you keep running the water We don't get this smell out of any other sinks or shower

If it is indeed in the water then it may be time to sanitize the lines. Can't hurt. Read your manual on how to sanitize the fresh water tank and let the bleached water flow through all your plumbing.

To verify that it is the water and not the water disturbing the drain, put the sink plug in and see if the smell is there.

So would I get that same smell to all the sinks and shower Not just the bathroom sink and if it isn't the waterlines, then what else could it be?

Do you have a p-trap under the sink? They can get pretty stinky. A little bleach usually will take care of that.
