I was able to squeak my X23B through the overhead door at work with about an inch to spare so I have free indoor heated storage for the winter. I have a couple of questions...
-Any preference on whether I keep the tent ends in or out?
-Should I keep the slide out?
-Should I disconnect the batteries and put them on a battery tender or just leave the trailer plugged into shore power and let the converter keep them topped off?
- Also, I rinsed out the gray and black tanks. My plan was to just leave about four gallons of soapy water in each tank. Does that sound acceptable?
Please feel free to offer any other advice you have! Thanks!
If you can check the battery water level regularly no reason not to leave it plugged in, I have always left all ours plugged in 24/7 365. Personally I would leave it closed up though.
X2 on the mouse traps, or better yet poison cakes. Nothing worse than finding chew damage. I too would leave it plugged in.

I hadn't planned on using mouse traps. The building it's in is pretty tight and well insulated. It's kind of rare to get a mouse in it, but it has happened on occasion in the past. Maybe I'll put one under the camper rather than in it. I walk past it several times every day and it would alert me of any unwelcome visitors. Thanks guys.
I would leave it closed up as well, put some dryer sheets in it to keep the trailer smelling nice. I have heard that they will not keep mice out however I have always put them in the inside of the camper and never had any issues. I also always use bounce.
Recommendations for class C, Greyhawk winter storage. Everyone please chyme in. Storage is indoors but unheated.
1. Engine compartment battery left connected and in vehicle?
2. Disconnect switch set to "disconnect"?
3. Coach battery left in, connected and plugged into shore power all winter?
If you do all three, you will be fine. I'd maybe add dryer sheets for the smell effect and check the water level in the coach battery once a month. Your lucky to have indoor space.
