Unhappy Storing 5er with gray tarp covers

In the storage lot where I am parked there is guy with a fairly new Jayco 5th wheel. A couple weeks ago I noticed he put one of those gray tarps (you know, the ones you can buy for cheap at Harbor Freight?) over the front roof section, covering the front half of the RV. Today I noticed that he put a second one on the rear part of the RV so now the entire roof is covered and it's pulled down tight and tied off. Vents and windows all covered so no air circulation...could be problems

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Besides the ventilation problem, I covered my first FW many years ago with a tarp and ended up staining the sides with the color of the tarp.

Also the tarps can rub/scratch the finish.
