Anyone replaced gas 3 burner stove top with electric smooth glass cooktop?

the built in ones are generally 240v and draw around 20-25 amps. I suppose you could use one on a 50amp service, but a 30amp service is only 120v.

The unit that Tom used is a 120v/60Hz, 1800 Watts, so it would draw 15 Amps.
Could be used with a 30 Amp service.

This may give you some help and ideas.

I did it. Not too bad of a project but not for the novice DIYer in my opinion. ROC beat me to the punch. He linked the thread where I did the kitchen remodel

Certainly would not be a good idea if RV OFF-GRID Camping was ever intended...

Propane and Batteries setups are generally used for these systems
