It's not likely a spider would cause the type of gas flow restriction you describe. That would more likely be the case if only one burner doesn't get gas flow.
I assume the oven burner does not light. I also assume you left the valve(s) open long enough to completely purge air from the lines.
Do all other gas appliances fire up?
Is your stove in a slide-out?
If yes to both, check for a kinked line under the slide, especially if another unit the slide doesn't fire, but others not in the slide do.
If there are no kinks, then you will need to investigate the stove lines and regulator.
By the way, there is probably a gas shutoff valve under the stove top....I doubt that got turned off, but check that too.
