Question Thermal package

Is there a way to check to see if the Bungalow we have has this package. We bought it used and did not get any of the orginal paperwork. Talked to the dealership and got told no way. Is there something I can check myself on this trailer to see. Mostly interested in the tanks getting heated.

Did you get a copy of the build sheet? The dealer should have supplied it. It will have it there.

Otherwise contact Jayco with the VIN.

No build sheet. Was kind of hoping that I could look somewhere in the trailer and see if it came with the thermal package without going to Jayco.

If you go to Jayco's website and go down to the bottom of the page to the Contact Me tab, then click the Service Tab, send the VIN number and your request, they usually respond within a couple of days with the requested info / documents.

My 2012 HT has a little tab back by the curb-side of the trailer saying mine has the "Glacier" package. At least that's what I think it says.

From the Jayco Web site for Bungalows

"Thermal Package (Optional)
Insulated, heated and enclosed underbelly and 2-sided reflective foil insulation in main roof and slideout roofs"

Best guess is to look under and see if the underbelly is enclosed...
Or contact Jayco with VIN to be sure

The underbelly is enclosed, so that is looking good. Will most likely send Jayco the vin and see for sure. Thanx everybody

The underbelly being enclosed does not necessarily mean it has the thermal package. The whitehawk's all have enclosed underbelly but the glacier package us an option.
