Tilex to clean awning?

I was seeing how others clean their awning and noticed that Tilex appears to be a popular choice. Has anyone tried it? Not sure if it contains bleach or not. My awning is completely white and gets dirty quick. I tried the commercial awning cleaners with not much luck, and am trying to find another way. Open to suggestions. Also read that it cleans black streaks well too.

I use SimpleGreen diluted down . I wet the awning top and underside, then spray the SimpleGreen solution on the awning both sides. I roll the awning closed, and let it sit for a little while. Unroll it use a soft bristle brush to scrub it. Rinse it off and let it dry. Always had good results..

I was in lows today and was looking at the Tilex mold and mildew remover. Also saw that Damp Rid makes one as well. I'm going to check their websites to see what they have to say.

This is what we use. Our dealer sells it. Not cheap ($20 a gallon) but it works really, really good. I use the soap nozzle on the pressure washer to apply and a light brushing is all it needs to take off bugs road dirt and black streaks from being rained on all winter. The whole trailer went from grey to sparkling white in about 30 minutes.
