Titan Flame Electric Fireplace not working

I have a 2020 32 Pinnacle and my Titan Flame recessed electric fireplace stopped working. Outlet is still hot, no AC breakers tripped. Does anyone know where the fuse inside the fireplace is located?
Thanks for your help.

You have giveen us no indication on how it is “not working”. Not heat, not heat no fan, nothing at all, no lights?
Have you checked inside the electrical area of the fireplace? It seems that there is a fuse inside that can blow. There might be two. One for electronic circuit board and one for the 1500 watt heater.

Try this link: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/16...30.html#manual

There is not much to see online Hope this helps.

I had some questions about mine, another brand and just removed it and it was not hard to figure out how to get to the place where fuses were mounted. My problem was bulbs but they were easy to replace.

No power to the fireplace, looks like the fuse inside the unit is blown. Trying to find the location of the blown fuse.
