We pay $1300 per year. April 1 thru November 1. Includes electric, water, sewer and trash. CG has about 70 sites, small fishing pond (catch and release only). We put up a car port over our entire site, covering our RV, boat and truck. A lot of friendly people...nice and quiet. Campground is directly across from the lake access we use the most. We love it!

This will be our first year as seasonal campers on Cape Cod MA. We are paying a little over $4,000 from April - October. They will supply a new shed, gravel driveway and landscaping.

Ours is a lease by the year in a park on a river. April-May getting on the lot depending on river water level and end of October to leave. There is only water at the lot, and bathrooms and garbage containers provided. Annual cost is $685.

Our yearly rental cost for our site is $2,000 per year which includes water, electric and sewer. Not bad for central PA and the view we have is great. There are only 2 other RV's on the property.
