I was given a one year free membership to the TOGO RV app with the purchase of MY 2022 Jayco Precept. I love the app but my main need for it is to use the GPS navigation. It allows you to put all your Rig's dimensions in. Length, width, height, and weight. You can also chose your trip allowances such as toll roads, sharp bends, traffic, tunnels etc. The app also has many other useful features. My problem is I can't get the navigation to work properly. If I put general locations like city to city it will find a route but if I put a specific address in for either the starting point or the destination it always ends up saying no route found. I tried e mailing customer support and they keep telling me it is probably a setting I have chosen in my allowances that won't allow a route to be found. I tried leaving all the allowances on but all the trips get the same results. If anyone else is having this problem I would love to here from them. And If anyone else knows what I am doing wrong please help. The navigation can't be this bad, it is useless.
