Toilet leaking by

Noticed the water pump running for no reason this weekend. Here is the toilet leaking just a bit. Does anyone know the fix to this?
Thanks!

If it's the valve leaking (bowl is slowly filling up with water), then the valve has to be replaced. I replaced the valve on mine, and to do that the toilet has to be removed from the floor to gain access to the valve location.

I had to replace my valve did not have to remove the toilet to do this I think it just depends on the make/model of the toilet.. but my leak was from the joints in the piping. Until I could get it fixed I took a 2 liter/quart milk jug (paper) opened one long side like a door and placed it under the toilet so the flap was against the wall and it dripped into the milk jug.. remember to empty it every day if you do this till you get it fixed .. I now leave it under there just in case...
