Tools you use to remove slide top debris!
We use a broom and step ladder does not work real well.

Started using an ingenious "has-been" idea. Bought an extendable selfie stick at the dollar store ($4). Prior to closing the slides I extend the stick and take a pic of each slide roof. No debris, I close without the ladder and broom. With 4 slides, it has saved me alot of time and hassle.

Trade in your broom on a leaf blower.

I opted for a slide topper and have never had anything get under it. So that would be my first recommendation. If opposed to a slide topper, I’d say use an electric leaf blower. My sister in law and her husband do it that way...

Milwaukee m18 fuel battery powered leaf blower.
You will love it for cleaning the campsite as well.
Doesn’t hurt that all my other tools are Milwaukee as well

I get on the roof and sweep them off with a broom. Works better than standing on a ladder. Since we have 4 slides, moving the ladder to each end of each slide would be a hassle.

X2 for getting on roof with a broom. Also use that time to inspect the roof (caulking condition, look for any tears, etc)

I made a j shaped handle for my broom so I can sweep the slide tops while standing on the ground.

We ought to have a poll to see how many wives also use the broom for transportation. (insert laugh icon here)

Slide toppers for me. That said, this past fall we were in Yellowstone and packing up to leave after a week of snow. The toppers wouldn’t roll up due to the slushy accumulation, hadda break out the ladder and used my washing brush to push it off the topper, cost us about 45 minutes in departure. With that exception the toppers do the trick. Just replaced one that was showing some deterioration after 4-ish years.
