Tote-N-Stor Grey water Tank... Safe For Fresh Water?

I have a 25 gallon Tote-N-Stor portable grey water tank that I bought to carry fresh water. It's totally unused.

I've looked online and haven't seen anyone talk about using it for fresh water. Is it safe to use or is there some reason I shouldn't use it?

That's what I was thinking, just couldn't verify it. The tank you suggested looks exactly like what I need. Thanks!

Yea! You'd probably get a few funny looks from your neighbors when they see you putting the water in your tank too.

I was talking to my vet yesterday who is a new Jayco owner. His one complaint was that they run out of fresh water too quickly when dry camping on his land. Seann45's suggestion seems like a reasonable solution to his problem until he's able to get fresh water to his rig. I've passed the link on to him so he knows about it. Thanks Seann.

Im not sure I'd throw it on the cab of my truck though lol. Just the water would weigh about 360lbs.

X2, don't ask how I know. I now use a transfer pump and keep the bladder on the tailgate.

That's what weve done as well, the extra pump really speeds up the process.
