If you are going to the tire shop, have the valve stems changed to metal

TowMax Tires

Buy them at a auto supply and take them with you. Much less expensive and many tire places don't stock the metal stems and will have to order them.
I bought a dozen of them in 2 packs for $2.50 each.
They last a long time.

Well, just checked with NAPA. That was the wrong store to call. $5 per stem. Will check around and check with my tire guy Tuesday.

Tires inspected out well. No bubbles, separation etc and plenty of tread at 15,000 miles. More wear on front duals so switched back duals to front. 80 psi pressure and good to go. I am going to run them some more but keep a close eye out.

We have a 2016 Eagle HT 27.5 RLTS on order. Our maiden voyage will be from Wisconsin to Wyoming and then to Phoenix. Should I get upgraded tires right away? Should I consider larger wheels? Thanks

I think they already changed manufacturers. Check if there is an option from Jayco on the order. I read somewhere that might be offering options this model year. If not then use yours for a year or 2 unless the dealer is willing to do something with you.
