TPO roof won't come clean

I am looking for some help in how to get my TPO roof clean. I have a 2015 jayco Eagle HT and cant seem to get the roof clean. I have used mild soap with brush, pressure washer, hand brush. It still has stains from leaves and from boots when on it wet and dirty. What can i do to make look new again?

Just stop looking at it.

I give mine a good scrubbing with Spic and Span, and call it good. I maintain my house, sailboat, motorcycle, and trailer to a fairly high level, but I don't put any value on getting the roof of my trailer stain free.

Excessive scrubbing can actually do more damage than good. Wash it a few times a year.

I’m with everybody else on this. You could cause unnecessary damage. Shine up your sides and enjoy!

I clean my roof twice a year and when I do, I want it to look new as well. Try this....1/4 cup dawn with 1/4 cup bleach in a gallon bucket. This is the same recipe used to whiten up and clean awnings. Use a brush to lightly scrub the roof. Pressure washer is ok if you use the yellow tip (I think itís 20* or gentle wash) and be careful around the seals. I use it to get the roof clean first, then I spot treat stains with soap and bleach. Make sure you rinse off the sides of the trailer as you go

I've used a product specifically made for RV rubber roofs. It does a good job but stains that are really imbedded won't come completely clean. I'm sure if I put enough "elbow grease" into I could get it a little cleaner but as others have said, I'm more concerned about compromising the membrane by rubbing versus getting every trace of stain off the roof.
