After ruling out the trailer wiring. I took truck in to Chevy dealer, said was bad module for trailering monitoring system. Replaced and find out if it works tomorrow.

I know should got a Ford, Dodge, etc…..
Chevy makes a nice truck. I really like the current styling. I'm on my third consecutive Ford. They all have issues if you use them enough.
